Enroll your child in any sport that he/she enjoys. Playing outdoor games with your child is always an option. You could also involve your child in fun activities like dance.
If you want your child to be completely fit then you need to emphasize on mental fitness too. Activities like meditation and breathing exercises can help with this. Many parents think that their child is slightly young for activities like this. However, this is not true. In fact, children are better able to grasp meditation and such mentally stimulating activities a lot faster. This will not just help your child stay calm and relaxed but also improve his concentration levels. Practicing meditation on a regular basis can make your child mentally alert.
It is not so difficult to keep your child fit. Just a few simple things coupled with some effort and a little more dedication will help serve the purpose. So, go ahead and take the necessary steps to keep your child fit.
